1987-1990 Album – Here–and–There

This album contains most of the stamps from the People’s Democratic Republic of Ethiopia era led by the Communist Mengistu Haile Mariam, backed by the Soviet and Cuban advisors and troops, until the Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF) took over in May 1991.
